New Centre Coming Soon! Members will know finding time for enough sessions has been a challenge. We are now creating a new centre at Rugby College, starting with Wednesday evenings. This is an exciting step forward for the club creating another simply superb facility. We've unloaded the first three trampolines and ordered the safety equipment. We'll announce the opening date as soon as possible - see you there!
Congratulations to our newest trampoline coach, Ben Lees! And good luck to Suzanne Cox, who is studying for her level two coach training at present.
We are presently expanding the club and support for schools with the help of a Sport England grant. This will help us update equipment, provide more trampolines, train coaches, develop trampolining within local schools and create more sessions.
As always, the club depends on members and parents in everything it does, from setting up trampolines at the start of sessions to coaching and judging at competitions. If you would like to help with coaching, judging or on the committee, talk to Annette. Many hands make light work!
Interested in coaching? Older members can gain a level one trampolining coach award now! The club offers a structured development programme and mentored support through the British Gymnastics coaching qualifications. A useful qualification for university and future life, and great leadership experience. Coaching is demanding but also rewarding. If you're interested and over 16, talk to Annette.
